Blackbird Books is proud to present the last in a series of dramatic staged readings, supported by the Swiss Cultural Programme in the Western Balkans. PHONE HOMER was written by American dancer and performance artist Michelle Ellsworth and translated into Albanian by Abdullah Ferizi. This short performance features Çamëri Ceraja and Teuta Bajrami, and will be followed by an evening of live music.
PHONE HOMER is running for three shows only: Thursday, August 18, 7 Artë, Mitrovicë - 20:00 Friday, August 19, to be announced Saturday, August 20, Tetris, Prishtinë - 20:00 PHONE HOMER is being directed by Anthony Barilla. FIJET was written by Texas writer Christa Forster and translated into Albanian by Abdullah Ferizi. This short performance features Çamëri Ceraja and Teuta Bajrami, and will be followed by an evening of live music.
